Return Policy:

No returns or refunds are permitted. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at customerservice@ohsugabodybar.com Include a photo of the wrong item UNOPENED we will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us and the correct item will be sent within 3-5 business days.

Damaged Products:

For items that arrive damaged, please send an email to customerservice@ohsugabodybar.com with the following information: your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion.

Lost/Stolen Package:

OS Body Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.

Cancellation Policy:

All purchases are FINAL.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, purchases made are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable for ANY reason.

Once your order is placed, you may not cancel since all orders are final sale. Please note, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
